SNC53 press brake

Characteristic

–SNC53 CNC is with easy operation, maximum axes it can support is 8+1 axis, Y1, Y2, X1, X2, R1, R2, Z1, Z2

–Press brake equipped with SNC53 system belongs to the torsion axis synchronous CNC bending machine, but its accuracy is much higher than traditional torsion axis bending machines because it is equipped with servo motors and drives.

–Y1Y2 oil cylinder mechanical stop and servo control can be adjusted separately, which solves the problem of inconsistent left and right angles of traditional torsion axis machine tools and manual climbing up and down. Twisted shaft synchronization, high precision.

–The corresponding configuration is also different from ordinary torsion machines. The standard clamping is a quick clamping, and it can add mechanical compensation which is controlled through system.
